RITALIN Flight of 3 A-10's appear to be diverting to
PEASE due to mechanical/fuel issues.

139.9     A2A Lots of chatter that my scanner can't
decipher

303.0     104 FW discussion of how long "he" can hold
if he keeps the throttles back. Also info on weather
and some general frustration over the situation [I'm
guessing here]. Also discussing WX at DOVER [?] and
possible quick stop at Westover.
