[MilCom] Flips Info and AirNav.com

There is some inaccurate information on this site.  So I'd guess they actual 
just update the military side with input from hobbyists.  I do not believe 
the website owner spends time going through the various military related 
FLIP's for updating frequency information.  It's doubtful that this site 
would get access to any restricted "For Official Use Only" publication since 
it is not an official government site.
