Two aircraft that comms included the words eagle,
shooter and talking to a station unheard on 235.25 
Sounded like training and talking to a FAC (maybe at
Ft. Campbell) mentioned "turn your mike out of the
wind, your unintellegable")   The a/c were broken and
no a2a was found.
