[MilCom] Scanning USA Milcom Column

Apparently 'Scanning USA' has a monthly column called "MilAir/Fed Report" by 
columnist Brian Scott.

It appears that the columns some what rotate  between military & other 
federal comms.

Nov 2005 edition  "Commonly Asked Mil/Air Question -- Our Experts Help Out"
Jan 2006 edition "MilAir/Base Frequencies"..  Includes Barksdale, Cannon, 
Dyess, Ellington Field, Henry Post AAF (Ft Sill), US Customs (BICE) Aviation 
(4 pages).
