[MilCom] Sacramento Area 11/16/05

Bill did you get Reach 900(8? in think) on 349.4 & 120.75 asking for a 
low fly over at 300 feet between the runway & the taxi way and have a
C 5 flight engineer look at the nose wheel to see if it closed OK. 
After the fly over she departed and reported on 349.4 takeoff was at 1825z.
