      15016.0 was active at 1746z with OFFUTT bcsting a 20-character 
EAM (DOTHFC).  At 1748z JAR SEAL bcst DOTHFC, and unheard from JAR 
SEAL since that xmsn.  Long lived string if it was still active at 2343z.
