[MilCom] Re possible exercise

15016.0 was active at 1922z with unknown player (very weak/unreadable to
mostly unheard) bcsting at least 3YLMJB and found simulcasting same on at
least 11175.0 (very weak/unreadable to unheard). Possible h+20/h+50
activity. Possible TACAMO PAC. Exercise today?

A quick look at last year at this time (Wed 17 Nov 04) shows similar player
activity and noticable SKYMASTER activity noted around 2300z and later into
new day, with the activity ending around 0500z.

15016.0 was active at 1940z with JAR SEAL with his two EAM strings and
standing by for traffic. At fair levels but sever audio problems (in additon
to the 400 hz harmonics). Most of audio was broken/unheard. Maybe mic or
xmtr problems.
