fading; 400 hz harmonics on his audio; suspected TACAMO LANT) bcsting 3YLMJB
and 3YLMJB and simulcasting same on at least 11175.0 (weak/barely readable
to unreadable). H+10/h+20 activity. Active since 1529z and 1540z.
