15016.0 has been active with h+10/h+20 EAM bcsts from the unknown player
(often at fair levels but unable to understand the id; "jar quiel" or close)
bcsting 3YNKTL beginning at 1539z through at least 1810z and ending with
"standing by for traffic." At 1746z OFFUTT bcst a 20-character EAM (DOTHFC)
followed at 1748z with the player bcsting same (and without the "standing by
for traffic" statement). At 1816z the player bcst another 28-character EAM
(3YLMJB) simulcasting same on at least 11175.0. (and not using the "standing
by for traffic" statement.) 3YLMJB unheard from OFFUTT.
