[MilCom] MIL: 15016.0 - Station standing by for traffic

11175.0 was active at 1516z with very brief apparent air-to-air comms from
unknown station(s).

15016.0 was active at 1529z with an unknown player (faded at id;good audio)
bcsting the 28-character EAM 3YNKTL and simulcasting same on at least
11175.0 (weak/unreadable) and 8992.0 (weak/unreadable to unheard). At 1531z
OFFUTT rebcst 3YNKTL. Signal suffered from latency echo with the underlying
echo very distorted (very weak latency on lower freqs too but undistorted).
At 1539z freq was again active with the unknown player (fair levels but
unable to understand his id; sounded like "jar keel" or "jar __eel" or ?)
bcsting 36NKTL and simulcasting same on at least 11175.0 (weak/barely
readable) and 8992.0 (weak/mostly unreadable) with nothing heard on 4724.0.
At conclusion of his xmsn he stated he was standing by for traffic (x3) and
gone.
