[MilCom] SH 60's from HSL-46

Monday afternoon I was out for a walk here in Saint simons island 
Georgia. I heard the sound of helo's in the area. I saw one fly almost 
over head .. I got a series of pretty good
shots of it. .. It turns out to have been from HSL 46 Mayport  Florida. 
Later that day. I saw two more SH 60s flying high above me. No clear 
shot was available to get a shot from the side. Besides they were too 
high up for me to have been able to see any markings. I can only assume 
they too were from HSL-46....If anyone would like to see the best shots 
of these SH 60s e mail me off the groups. .  Also can anyone provide a 
frequency or frequencies for the HSL-46 squadron? Steve
