[MilCom] Heads up East Coast - BLUE ANGEL 44

BLUE ANGEL 44 (?F/A-18?) heading NE  - 239.35>119.375>335.65

The controller on 119.375 must have asked him about the callsign because he
stated he left the team this morning and was catching a ride to his next
duty assignment. Comms were broken during his reply but it sounded like the
44 signified something? Anybody else hear what it was?
