[MilCom] AWACS President Support * Low Power WT Range with AirborneUnits?

I had a feeling there was an AWACS covering that. On the 5th I logged SENTRY 
68 and TANKER 15 in AR coordination on 6761 and from the chit chat I felt 
they were heading to South America. Prior to the summit on Oct 30th I also 
logged a REACH aircraft bound for Argentina.
