[MilCom] Inter Squad Radio (ISR) (military FRS radio)

I'm sandwiched between two military facilities here in central Arkansas -  
Little Rock AFB to my east and Camp Robinson AAF to the west - both <3 miles  
away. I have monitored some activity on the ISR radios at Camp Robinson  mostly 
by what sounds like building maintenance crews. LRAFB still using  vhf 
(148-152 mhz) range for most of it's non-security communications.
