[MilCom] Mystery freqs

Have a couple freqs I've been sitting on for awhile but can't seem to ID.  
Both were given by Chicago Center so I believe them to be ZAU discretes but 
I can't find a cross reference to verify on the net or in the latest IFR 
supp.

273.475 - active just a few minutes ago but too weak to be readable
307.375 - has been active the last few days again nothing to nail it down

Anyone have anything?
