RICO (weak) bcsting a 6-chacter EAM (DOXORM), another 6-character EAM
(DOK3TH) and a 20-character EAM (DOULAY). At 1816z OFFUTT bcst the same, and
at 1819z MCCLELLAN bcst the same. (Initial "all stations" bcst of these
strings unheard before this xmsn.)
