11175.0 was active at 0250z with an unknown player (very weak/unreadable)
bcsting a 40something-character EAM (DO...; used the character countr
statement) followed with the "standing by for traffic" statement and gone.
EAM string unheard on the HFGCS (and propagation appears to be poor at this
hour.)
