[MilCom] MIL: 15016.0 - PALATIAL and ATTENDENT; DIVINITY standing by for traffic

15016.0 was active at 2105z with OFFUTT bcsting a 20-character EAM (WAESIL)
"FOR SATISFACTORY".

15016.0 was active at 2107z with PALATIAL (weak/readable) bcsting WAESIL but
without the "FOR SATISFACTORY" preface, followed at 2111z with ATTENDENT (or
sounds like; weak; suspected TACAMO LANT) bcsting WAESIL, again without the
preface.

15016.0 was active at 2130z with DIVINITY (fair/good; noisy (busy chatter)
background; suspected 'glass) "standing by for traffic". Also heard earlier
at 2100z with same. At 2140z ATTENDENT "standing by for traffic."
