[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - NEWCOMER and TOLL ROAD standing by for traffic

11175.0 was active at 2100z with NEWCOMER (good levels here) "standing by
for traffic" (3x) and quiet. At 2130z NEWCOMER (fair/weak) back up with same
but at the end id'ing himself as something else (sounded like "government"
or "governence" (too many letters) or "govern___") and out. (OVERREACH with
same earlier at 2030z.)

11175.0 was active at 2140z with TOLL ROAD (weak to fair here) standing by
for traffic. OFFUTT popped up with a FOXTROT bcst (KSA 40 SN) in the middle
of his statement. TOLL ROAD resumed the activity at the end of OFFUTT's
bcst.

Suspected GLOBAL LIGHTNING 06 exercise activity. 24 hour alert, 8 hour
shifts? And I don't recall hearing HFGCS message traffic this local day.
Some of the GLOBAL GUARDIAN exercises of the 90s would have multiple (4 to
5) traffic-less days ending (traffic resuming) with a single day of heavy
exercise activity, but that seemed to change in this decade. Maybe they are
back to it (JCS silent period?) or it's just been 'quiet' today. Just
guessing but the 'glass is suspected at h+00/h+30 and the TACAMO mission a/c
at h+10/h+40 (LANT) and h+20/h+50 (PAC), with the standing by for trafic
calls noted throughout today at h+00/h+30 and h+40 and h+20 from different
players (unknown player at around 1300z, OVERREACH, NEWCOMER (h+00/h+30),
MONGOOSE (h+20), TOLL ROAD(h+40)).

11175.0 was active at 2111z with OFFUTT (good) working CRISCO (unheard here
as always) for a signal check and gone.
