[MilCom] 11175.0 - CROSSFIRE

11175.0 was active at 1931z with CROSSFIRE (good) bcsting his "standing by
for traffic" statement. OFFUTT responded to the call by asking if he could
be of assistance and was ignored by CROSSFIRE who repeated his statement and
out. Nothing heard at 2001z. At 1957z another apparent player (unable to
understand the call although he was at good levels) was active with OFFUTT
for a signal check and gone.
