[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - OVERREACH standing by for traffic

11175.0 was active at 1901z with OVERREACH (good levels here) stating he was
"standing by for traffic". OFFUTT popped up and said "OVERREACH, there is no
current traffic." OVERREACH thanked OFFUTT for the information and out
(without repeating "standing by for traffic" two more times.) OVERRREACH is
simulcasting on at least 8992.0 and 11175.0 and probably also 4724.0 and
15016.0 H+01/h+31 activity.
