[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - JAKE 11

11175.0 was active at 1624z with JAKE 11 (good levels here) calling MAINSAIL
and raising OFFUTT and requests current message traffic. After a moment
OFFUTT advises there is no current traffic but "(garbled) EAM?" with the
answer being no and gone. At 1629z OFFUTT bcst that he was standing by for
any phone patch or morale traffic and quiet (I suspect somewhere in here is
the recent product of a consulting company with call center/customer service
experience). At 1635z COPPER 2 (good) called MAINSAIL and raised OFFUTT (who
id'd him as COPPER 21) for a signal check and gone.
