[MilCom] Flight Following and AirNav

Hello, List.  Quick question -- I've recently joined the AirNav program
activities and would like to get into some flight following for some of the
MILITARY flights I hear, for example those through the Ultra High freqs at
KZDC.  Has anyone been able to work out something whereby you can 'flight
follow' those birds you hear -- perhaps even get visuals on them???  It
seems like such an 'intuitive' thing, but obviously it is not.
Alternatively, my 'intuition' is still packed and in storage!  Thanks, Vic
