11175.0 was active at 2035z with SCOPE 51 (fair/weak levels here; DTMF
tones) calling MAINSAIL and raising ANDREWS (fair) for a signal check
(id'ing ANDREWS as ASCENSION) and gone. At 2039z MUG BEER raises ANDREWS and
asks if ANDREWS is "HF secure voice capable" with the answer being "yes" and
MUG BEER requesting a move to 11153.5.
