11153.5 was active at 1756z with MUG BEER (strong/good levels here) working
ANDREWS (good/fair) after moving here from 11175.0 at 1755z with MUG BEER
asking if ANDREWS had a "DSN number with a "stew" " (STU) on which he could
talk to ANDREWS "secure." ANDREWS provided an ANDREWS DSN number and quiet.
