[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - HUSKER 15, MUG BEER and ANDREWS 01

11175.0 was active at 1653z with HUSKER 15 (fair levels here) calling
MAINSAIL and raising OFFUTT, and requesting current message traffic. OFFUTT
said there was no current traffic in the queue and HUSKER 15 gone.

11175.0 was active at 1658z with MUG BEER (fair/good levels with fading)
calling ANDREWS and raising OFFUTT (good levels). MUG BEER requested a "nova
relay circuit." OFFUTT confirmed the request and said he would set up the
operation. At 1704z ANDREWS 01 (weak/barely readable; dtmf tones) called and
raised OFFUTT for a signal check. At 1705z ANDREWS (good/strong) called and
raised MUG BEER (good with fading), with MUG BEER again requesting to send
data via a "nova relay circuit." ANDREWS requested settings (reply was
"two-tone") and then requested MUG BEER "qsy to 111535". MUG BEER confirmed
"111535" and said he would be ready in 10 minutes and gone.
