[MilCom] Nascar Flyovers ground comms?

I saw saw a interesting segment
on Nascar Nation on Speed Channel
about flyovers for Nascar events
this segment involved a flyover
of BlackHawks helos they showed
air-ground comms with personal
at the race with the BlackHawks
doing the flyover for timimg the 
flyover to the National Anthem 
anyone ever picks up air-ground
comms durring a flyover.I would
guess this would be the same
for army,air-force or navy
flyovers.They also mention that 
they have air-ground comms for all incoming
helo traffic durring the race
