[MilCom] 121.500 warning voice

twice today I have heard an automated (female) at least I think it is, on 
121.500 warning unid'd aircraft to get out of the restricted area. She was 
giving directions for the aircraft to turn.
This is the second time I've heard this, about two weeks ago she came up 
several times within 2 hours.
I don't know wether this around P40 (camp David) or Wash DC, p40 is not 
that far from here so I sorta figured it was there. Haven't heard this on 
243.0000 though.

anyone here this around restricted areas??
