1200-1230 local CST.

260.2 "OKIE 41" (KC-135R 507th ARW 465th ARS AFRC Tinker AFB) up on 260.2
with "GRIZZLY 56" (KC-135R 196th ARS) talking about both being tasked to refuel
"CUERVO Flt" a flight of 8 F-16C/D's of 194th FS CA ANG from Fresno
(callsigns CUERVO 01-04 and 21-24). GRIZZLY says he's short of fuel to make the full
distance, arrange to rendezvous near Abilene, TX to have OKIE top up the
chicks. Weather was playing a part. GRIZZLY and the chicks were at VUH near
Houston, OKIE had come from McDill and were over the top of me. GRIZZLY was to
route Wichita Falls but due to weather had been routed Houston. OKIE was routed
north of Dallas. To meet up, GRIZZY is slowing down, OKIE speeding up. Should
be meeting IVO Abilene by now. No boom freq heard.
