[MilCom] Heads up FL, AR-200 is active

DOOM 95 (B-52) is about to begin aerial refueling with RHET 19/41-42
(KC-135) on AR-200, boom freq is 235.1. The only ARTCC so far has been
125.575 (the controller is pointing out the formation quite frequently).
The RHET air-air is 238.825, they are using the callsign KNIGHT for the
interflight. Might make for a good photo as they fly over the Florida
panhandle and the Tampa Bay area.
