[MilCom] 2005 Canadian Forces CF-18 Demo Team

For the past few years when they have been in the Ontario area shows,
they never had any dedicated frequencies.  They generally used the
airboss freq's or a co-ordinated channel with another team, such as the
Snowbirds, or with the airport control tower.

The Demo teams was never meant to be full time teams, it just ended up
that way after getting great reviews.
