This was a pretty interesting S&R operation.  The sailing vessel that the
Carnival Cruise ship Legacy was assisting on the evacuation of the patient
from apparently sank.  The patient never was transported by air, so I guess
the Carnival doctors took care of him.  Taken out of context, that last
comment sounds a little scary :).

Thanks to my friend Mark for the early heads up on this incident as he was
heading into work.
