[MilCom] Rescue on HF

[MC]

Lots of activity heard here in Dallas earlier this
evening on 8.983 and 8.980 (phone patch Rescue 1504 to
D5 thru CamSlant).  Carnival cruise ship Legacy ended
up rescuing a man from a small sailing craft taking on
water near coordinates N32.0? x W70.01.  Rescue 1504,
2109(?) and 6009 all involved, plus a naval asset,
Juliet (do not recall the number now).  Legacy took
man O/B and all CG assets returned to base.
Exceptionally quiet backround noise day for HF here
and we could hear the aircraft also.
