349.4 at 1610z talking to Travis Command post.  He stated they were 
110,000 lbs too heavy to land and it might take up to 6 hours to burn 
off the fuel and since that had passengers he asked if anyone could come 
up and take his extra fuel.  At 1612z in said they were at 500' AGL 
right off the end of 21R.  At 1630z he said he thought the fuel burn 
would take about 3 hours, so I guess these guys are just going to go 
around in circles to a few hours before landing.

Also I've been meaning to report that Coast Guard Air Station, San 
Francisco is also using 345.0.  Don't here any traffic on 381.8 any more.
