[MilCom] 259.15 copied Louisiana/Mirages

Heard two Mirages on 259.15 last night in the Warrior MOA.

Comms were in French part of the time.  Appropriate for French speaking
Louisiana, however I don't know how many Cajuns actually copied these comms :-)
