[MilCom] German AF A/C on Final NAS New Orleans

Just heard 059 Heavy, self ID's as German AF, on final for NAS New Orleans on Navy Tower 123.8. 
 
Has anyone else heard them? Any idea of type? C-130?
 
Also VEGAS 31 landed about six minutes ahead of him.
