[MilCom] Chief 11 AARing with DeCee 91 over Avon Park Bombing Range

It is 1:37pm EDT (1737z).
KC-135R "DeCee 91" has just departed Patrick AFB, where he RONd last night. 
He is en route to orbit point over Avon Park's Placid MOA, in the Crystal Track.

CHIEF 11, a flight of two F-15Es from Seymour Johnson AFB, is now 
rendezvousing with DeCee 91 to AAR.  He will then be going into Avon Park to work targets 
there. He has already been in comms with the Ground FAC "Vagrant 99" there, 
on 257.1.
