[MilCom] USAF Tanker DeCee 91 working in the area

It is 1:57pm EDT (1757z)
DECEE 91, a KC-135R tanker from Andrew AFB, is orbiting near Avon Park 
Bombing Range and refueling CHIEF 01 flight, which consists of four F-15Es from 
Seymour Johnson AFB.

DECEE 91 is up with the receiver acft on 238.9.  After refueling the F-15s, 
DECEE 91 will refuel four F-16s from Shaw AFB, callsign MACE.

DECEE 91 has also been in comms with the JSTARS acft that has been flying in 
the area all morning.
