      11175.0 was active at 1401z with M5E (or sounds like; weak/barely 
readable here) working PUERTO RICO (weak/mostly unreadable) for a phone 
patch to (missed it and unable to understand the ground station's trigraph) 
for an "EXERCISE ESTEEM HIGHLY ALPHA" message.  M53 received his TOR of 
1403 and gone.

      11175.0 was active at 1428z with RAYMOND 07 (fair) bcsting his 
current bird condition: Low.

      11175.0 was active at 1523z with TURBO 71 (fair/weak) working ANDREWS 
(weak/often unreadable) and requesting current message traffic.  He was 
given 2342YO and gone.
