[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - 1JS

      11175.0 was active at 2011z with 1JS (weak/often unreadable) calling 
ANY STATION THIS NET a number of times with no known ground response.  He 
did raise REACH 412 (weak/readable) who used him for a quick radio check 
and gone.  Earlier at 1955z SHARK 29 (fair/weak) was active with an unknown 
HFGCS station (too weak to read) for a phone patch to a metro for weather 
for NORFOLK (or sounds like.)

      10780.0 was active at 1944z with an apparent phone patch between a 
RAZOR ## and RADAR MAINTENANCE.

    9025.0 was briefly active at 1945z with an apparent phone patch (too 
weak to understand) followed by a telco busy signal, and ALE burst and quiet.
