Hi all,
I missed this show a couple weeks ago when it was on but the Military Channel
(formerly The Discovery Wings Channel) is re-playing the multi-part show about
the year in the life of the Blue Angels. The preview commercials looked pretty
interesting. It will be on tomorrow night (Saturday the 26th) starting at 8:00 pm
EST. Maybe this time I will catch it myself.
Also, I just caught the tail end of a show filmed here in Bath, Maine during the
building and behind the scenes at Bath Iron Works. The show is about the
creation on up to sea trials of the Arleigh Burke destroyers made there. It's on again
tonight at 11 pm EST and tomorrow at 4 am, 7 am, 12 pm, 3 pm. Might be of
interest to us here in the Northeast. Seeing BIW from the road all the time and
always wondering how things are on the "inside" makes me want to see the show.
Sorry for a "TV only" post. Maybe there will be something going on up in the sky
tonight that would be worth a mention. Scanners are pretty quiet right now.
