 Jeff I hear CARIBOU ops from time to time for aircraft into Andrews.
 PACER is JOSA C-21 training aircraft callsign.
 I'm pretty sure that is Andrews maintenence for those aircraft.
 Used to hear RODEO CHAMP at Andrews but they must have lost that title to 
another base.
 Ex Air Force co-worker said that title is given to winner of annual Air 
Force ground maintenence contest.Not sure where or when they hold that.
 Also used to hear "Notify Raytheon" for those inbound C-21's but I think 
most of those guys got layed off in cutbacks.
