Freezing fog and low vis holding things down until afternoon. Then mostly
routine stuff.

121.00: NAVY RY-268, (C-40A, VR-59, Fort Worth), land; then on to North
Island.
349.20: EVAC-118, (Unk type), wants current conditions at Peterson. (1/4
mile vis, 100 ft ceiling and freezing fog). 118 will hold over Black Forest
VORTAC to see if things improve. Think he did eventually make it in.
