      GVDLL3 had distinctive, repetitive formatting throughout the string. 
Each same character 2-element group in the string was separated by 21 
characters. Within each 21-character group, the 8th, 10th and 12 characters 
were the same, and the 15th and 19th characters were the same.  Example
