[MilCom] C-130 inbound MacDill with emergency

   Horse 909, a C-130 from Little Rock AFB is inbound to MacDill with an IFE: 
#2 engine has been shut down for overheating indication. There are 7 souls on 
board.
   Horse 909 had been en route home to Little Rock, after appearing at the 
Punta Gorda show this weekend.
