Actually it was filed as N5NBHI as below:

The aircraft is on a delivery flight to an airline in Nigeria.  Will try to 
find out who later (probably one of my airline customers)!!  But the airline 
will operate it as 5N-BHI as was noted below.

It departed Bangor for Goose Bay Canada and the onward to Keflavik Iceland. 
At the time of this writing it is just about to land for refueling at Goose 
Bay (approx 0745Z).
