[MilCom] Mystery Plane

Hi all,

0337z
I am currently hearing a plane wkg Boston ARTCC
on 128.200 descending to Bangor, ME.  He also
called Bangor Operations on 132.000 with an inbound
request for fuel only.  A full tank of 4,700 gallons.
I looked the N-number up and could find nothing.
His call sign was:

Boeing 5NBHI

Anyone have an idea who this is?
