[MilCom] Wallops Launch Delayed

The launch of the Orion sounding rocket from NASA's Wallops Flight 
Facility, Va., has been postponed until May. The weather the rest of this 
week is forecasted to remain unacceptable for launch and the students 
participating in the project need to return to school. The plan is to 
reschedule the launch when the students have their next break in May.
