[MilCom] President Bush's Visit

Hello Group ,   President Bush is scheduled to arrive at Barksdale AFB
around noon today. Most of the time the traffic at BAFB consist of B-52 and
A-10's with some T-37 and T-38's. Wednesday night an aircraft arrived with
the callsign "PAT 91". I have seen this callsign posted here before but
cannot remember what type of plane this is. Can somebody update me on this
callsign ?  There was also a plane using the callsign "AMARI ##" , Any help
