8260 Kcs USB: MV Manaba wkg Cutter Mohawk; Manaba took initial call from 
Keegan Drew. Manaba pos 27 47 N - 78 21 W, vicinity Marquesas Keys, west of 
K/West; standing by w/CG.
   FV Drew about 200 miles due north of Peninsula Guanahacabibes, Pinar del 
Rio, Kuber, and about 250 miles SW of Manasoviet Key, FL, on course of approx. 
292 degrees.
   On scene weather rough. Manasoviet Key weather, low forties, raw, windy, 
much like former qth, Pt. Judith, RI, in June. 
   Ship took sea over bow, soaked bridge, cooked solenoid, loud noise, unable 
to steer vessel, leaving in gear, making about two knots, position relatively 
unchanged last three hours.
